Simple test of your CRM/Database effectiveness:
- Pick any letter of the alphabet
- Pick any number between 1 and 20
- Go to the last name that matches (example: D8 = eighth name down in list of D’s)
- Ask yourself two questions:
- “Has this person heard from me (or our sales rep) in a meaningful way within the last month?”
- “Do we have a next touch scheduled for him/her?”
- Repeat this test a few more times
- If the pattern emerging give you pause for concern, ask us how we solve this problem quickly and effectively
