Test Your CRM/Database Effectiveness!

Simple test of your CRM/Database effectiveness:

  1. Pick any letter of the alphabet
  2. Pick any number between 1 and 20
  3. Go to the last name that matches (example: D8 = eighth name down in list of D’s)
  4. Ask yourself two questions:
    1. “Has this person heard from me (or our sales rep) in a meaningful way within the last month?”
    2. “Do we have a next touch scheduled for him/her?”
  5. Repeat this test a few more times
  6. If the pattern emerging give you pause for concern, ask us how we solve this problem quickly and effectively
